OFFICIAL REGULATION OF LOYALTY PROGRAM OF LE BRIDGE DUTY FREE SHOPS.
REGULATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS.
1. THE ORGANIZER OF THE PROGRAM.
Le Bridge Duty Free loyalty program is organized and conducted by ICS Le Bridge Corporation Limited LLC, a limited liability company in Moldova, based str. Varniţa 6 Chisinau, Moldova (hereinafter "Organizer").
Loyalty Program participants are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Official Regulation of the Program, according to those listed below (the "Official Regulation"). The Official Regulation will be drawn up and made public in accordance with the applicable legislation in Moldova by publishing them on www.lebridgedutyfree.com which is freely available to any participant throughout the program.
The organizer reserves the right to modify or change the Official Regulation, following that such changes take effect only after prior notice of presentation of these changes on www.lebridgedutyfree.com. The program will run under this regulation which is mandatory for all participants.
2. THE DURATION OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM.
Loyalty program was launched on June 15, 2016 for an indefinite period. The organizer has the right to decide at any moment to end the program. The end of the program will be displayed on the website www.lebridgedutyfree.com at least 15 days before the termination date of the program. The program will be conducted in accordance with the Official Regulation.
3. THE PLACE OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM.
The campaign is organized and developed in the following Le Bridge Duty Free shops:
- Le Bridge Duty Free shop located on the border Leuşeni.
- Le Bridge Duty Free shop located on the border Sculeni.
- Le Bridge Duty Free shop located on the border Cahul.
- Le Bridge Duty Free shop located on the border Costeşti.
- Le Bridge Duty Free shop located on the border Giurgiuleşti.
- Le Bridge Duty Free shop located at the border of Soroca.
- Le Bridge Duty Free shop located on the border Cosăuţi.
- Le Bridge Duty Free shop located on the border Mirnoe.
In case of extension of Le Bridge Duty Free network, the loyalty program will be conducted in all Le Bridge Duty Free shops.
4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.
Member of the loyalty program can be any natural citizen of Moldova and the citizens of any other country who have reached the age of 18. Participation in the program is possible only by completing and signing the application form.
The registration form is available in all the Le Bridge Duty Free shops.
Participants must fully and legibly fill out the entry form with real data.
The participants are asked to complete all the fields marked as required on the entry form. These fields are: name, date of birth, street, number, block, city / district, country, phone, email, signature, date.
The application form will be completed and handed to the representative of Le Bridge Duty Free shop. All the unsigned or incomplete application forms will be considered invalid, which entails the inability to use the advantages of the loyalty card Le Bridge Duty Free.
5. LE BRIDGE DUTY FREE LOYALTY CARDS
Le Bridge Duty Free offers its customers three types of loyalty cards:
- CLASSIC CARD
- SILVER CARD
- GOLD CARD
6. THE MECHANISM OF THE PROGRAM
Le Bridge Duty Free loyalty program is composed of Classic, Silver, Gold and Club cards, for customers use. The cards are identity based and are free of charge.
STAGE I.
CLASSIC Loyalty Card is offered to everyone who fills in and signs the application form of the loyalty program. After completing and signing the application form, the customer removes the card from the form and gives the form to the Le Bridge Duty Free cashier.
Loyalty card is validated since the first purchase in any of Le Bridge Duty Free shops. If the accumulated amount exceeds EUR 5 000, the client benefits of 5% discount on any product purchased in Le Bridge Duty Free store and receives Silver loyalty card.
STAGE II.
SILVER Loyalty Card is granted to the client in exchange for the Classic card immediately after the accumulated amount exceeds EUR 5 000. The customer benefits of 5% discount for each subsequent purchase. The Silver loyalty card will be sent by post to the mailing address of the customer as indicated in the application form. If the customer wants to shop during the period he has not yet received the Silver card, the Classic card will offer him the same benefits as the Silver one. The Silver card will be activated the next purchase made in Le Bridge Duty Free shop and the Classic card will be automatically disabled. The amount of each purchase will continue to be accumulated on the loyalty card account. The 5% discount is available for 24 calendar months from the time of aggregation of EUR 5 000. To extend the enjoyment of discount, the customer must maintain its purchases amount to EUR 5 000 in two years. Otherwise the customer’s Silver card is withdrawn and it is offered a Classic card.
STAGE III.
GOLD Loyalty Card is granted to the client in exchange for the SILVER card immediately after the accumulated amount exceeds EUR 10 000. The customer benefits from a 10% discount on every purchase later. The Gold Loyalty Card will be sent by post to the mailing of the customer as indicated in the application form. If the customer wants to shop during the period he has not yet received the Gold card, the Silver card will offer him the same benefits as the Gold one. The Gold card will be activated the next purchase made in Le Bridge Duty Free shop and the Silver card will be automatically disabled. The amount of each purchase will continue to be accumulated on the loyalty card account. The 10% discount is available for 24 calendar months from the time of aggregation of EUR 10 000. To extend the enjoyment of discount, the customer must maintain its purchases amount to EUR 10 000 in two years. Otherwise the customer’s Gold card is withdrawn and it is offered a Silver card.

5. Newsletters with information about promotions and novelties in the Le Bridge Duty Free shops.
6.2. THE BENEFITS OF THE SILVER LOYALTY CARD
1. Becoming a member of Le Bridge Duty Free Loyalty Program
2. Aggregation of purchase amounts on the card account
3. 5% discount for any purchase in Le Bridge Duty Free shops
6.3. The benefits of the loyalty card GOLD
1. Membership of the club Le Bridge Duty Free
2. Aggregation purchase amounts on the card account
3. Reductions of 10% for any product in Le Bridge Duty Free shops
7. GRANT OF REDUCTION
Any loyalty program cardholder will benefit from discounts on every purchase made in any of the store Le Bridge Duty Free stores, in accordance with the type of card possessed.
The discount is present on the receipt for the whole period of validity of the program for all products. Each participant is entitled to a single card. Any card forgery is punishable under the required legislation.
8. LE BRIDGE DUTY FREE CARD UTILIZATION
Loyalty cards must be presented at the cash register to be scanned before the acquisition operation on and products registration on the receipt. Loyalty card can be used only by its nominal holder. The loyalty card Le Bridge cannot be transmitted.
9. DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
If LBDF card was damaged, lost or stolen, this must be announced immediately at telephone number (373 22) 47 47 47, standard tariff24/7.
The client needs to indicate the name, address and other identifying data of the cardholder. The member who loses or is stolen his or her card, is entitled to a new card. The member will receive a new card for the same account.
The organizer has the right to check whether or not the replacement is motivated.
10. LOYALTY PROGRAM SERVICE
1. The cardholder will announce without delay any change of personal information, including address changes, moreover will announce the loss, theft or damage of the loyalty card. In order to protect the personal data of participants in the loyalty program, the organizer will request certain information to verify the customer's identity.
2. In case a card is found, it will be sent to the company’s office: str. Varnita, 6, Chisinau,MD 2023 Moldova.
3. The organizer has the right to change the program benefits, but any changes will be notified in advance.
4. The organizer reserves the right to supervise the functioning of the program and change it, notifying in advance all its participants.
11. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The organizer processes all its participants’ personal data in its database.
By applying for the loyalty program customers agree with this regulation and agree to be undertaken their personal data free of charge, by ICS Le Bridge Corporation Limited SRL. Personal data will be available exclusively to the Organizer’s employees and / or collaborators who are involved in the program running and may be disclosed to authorized operators and on the basis of confidentiality clauses and ensuring the preservation of data security.
Customers have the right to obtain from the Organizer, free of charge, on request the following: correction, updating, blocking or deletion of personal data processed. The request shall be made in writing and shall include a justification for the request, shall be dated and signed. Customer requests will be submitted at the company ICS Le Bridge Corporation Limited, str. Varniţa, 6, MD 2023, Chisinau, Moldova.
The organizer is committed to safeguarding personal data and to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect such data against loss, accidental or unlawful destruction, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access and against any form of illegal processing.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By signing the application form, the participant signs a contract with the organizer, and both parties consider the conditions and provisions set out in this Regulation as being compulsory.
The loyalty card is not a payment instrument. The holder can’t purchase products based on this card, the holder can only benefit from the privileges offered by Le Bridge Corporation Limited LLC.
13. OFFICIAL RULES
The Official Regulation is available free of charge to any participant in the Le Bridge Duty Free Loyalty Program. The regulation will be published on the Organizer’s web site address www.lebridgedutyfree.com and Facebook page Le Bridge Duty Free. By participating at this program, the participants agree to respect and comply with the terms and conditions of the Official Regulation.
